So who are the training camps for and what week would suit me?

With two separate weeks available, this allows athletes to select the week that would suit them best.

  • Performance Week - Aimed at Age Group Athletes and potentially those athletes looking at winning Age Group, and or looking to progress into the professional side of triathlon.

​

  • Intermediate Week - Aimed at aspiring Age Group Athletes, and or an athlete that is mature in the sport and competent across each discipline.

Our camps are fully inclusive, fostering a supportive environment where each athlete can thrive. However, spaces are limited to maintain a high-quality, individualised attention. Join us for a transformative experience that will take your triathlon performance to the Next Level! 

What you can expect spending a week with us!

Spending a week with Tim & Marc at our Triathlon training camp, you can expect an immersive and transformative experience. There is no other triathlon training camp, with such a decorated triathlete.

 

You'll receive expert guidance from a world class athlete and highly experienced coaches. This will include, but not limited too; personalised training during the week, technique refinement, and strategic insights tailored to your goals.

Each day includes a mix of swim, bike, run, along with strength, mobility, training and recovery workshops. 

​

Beyond the rigorous training, you'll benefit from a supportive community of fellow athletes, all while enjoying beautiful training locations. 

​

Prepare to push your limits, improve your performance, and leave with a renewed passion for triathlon.

  • Evening Talks on race craft, nutrtion and training

  • Camp will be fully Coached by Tim Don and Marc Preece

  • Coach Ratio - We aim to have smaller groups to support you better. Max 5:1

  • Swim Analysis and De-Brief by Tim Don

  • Cycling & Running technique will be closely monitored and feedback given

  • Triathlon Discussions on Race Craft, Nutrition and training

  • 1-2-1 Feedback at the end of the week
